Account management
Delete your Frigo account from inside the app.
Frigo supports in-app account deletion. You can remove your account directly from the profile screen without sending an email or opening a support ticket.
How to delete
Delete your account inside Frigo
Open the app and follow these steps.

Open Profile
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Go to Account
Scroll to the account section on the profile page.

Choose Delete account
Tap Delete account and confirm the action in the app.
Important
Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, you cannot recover the deleted account from the app.
What happens next
What happens to your data
- Your Frigo account is removed.
- Your access to shared household data is removed.
- Associated app access and sign-in ability are revoked.
- Some technical or legal records may be retained when required for security or compliance.
